I write with a heavy heart. A friend has lost her battle with breast cancer. I met her first as a kindred spirit on the Ya-Ya message board and was a fellow SPQ. She struggled and she lost.

She past at 1:50 this morning. She is with the Lord.

Ladies, take care of yourselves. Educate others. She was young. Very young. Others, do what you can. Donate, walk, raise money. Whatever it is. The life you save may be your own.

And visit her. Pay homage. Cry like I am.
